By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service

These conditions apply only to personal orders (private use, collecting, personal printing, etc.).
They do not apply to commercial work with companies or for-profit projects.
If commercial use is required (merchandise, advertising, branding, etc.), a separate request must be made, and specific pricing, conditions, and a contract will be established.

COMMISSIONS
~ I reserve the right to refuse a commission.~ If a pose or expression you want, or reference images, are not discussed, the artist will take artistic liberties.~ If I don't receive feedback within a week, the artist will proceed with the drawing to the best of their ability.~ The turnaround time will be discussed with the commission.~ I cannot work on a character illustration without a character design reference sheet beforehand.COPYRIGHT AND USE (Personal Commissions)
~ When you purchase a character from me, you are the complete rights to the character. It belongs to you, and you are free to do whatever you like with it. Any reference I create will only be used as a reference.~ Commissioners do not have the right to use the commissioned pieces (or any other work of mine) for profit (e.g., reselling, producing merchandise, or using them in commercial promotions) without my permission.~ As an artist, I retain the rights to every work I create, whether digital or printed (except for original character designs, which belong to their respective owners).~ If you wish to acquire the commercial use rights to the commissioned work, you must request this in advance. Depending on the type of use, we will agree on a final price.~ Customers will only receive a high-resolution digital copy in .png, .jpg, or .pdf format.~ I do not deliver editable files (.psd) unless discussed beforehand; this type of delivery incurs an additional cost.~ I do not ship unless previously arranged.~ Customers have the right to print their commission and use it on social media, profile pictures, etc., as long as it is for private use.~ It is NOT permitted to use the work for business promotion, advertising, branding, or products for profit. ~ For any commercial use (monetizing, merchandising, company promotion, campaigns, use of thumbnails etc.) a separate agreement with additional costs is required.PAYMENTS
~ I only accept payments via bank deposit (applies only to clients in Mexico) and PayPal.~ Payment must be received in full before I begin working on your commission.REFUNDS
~ I do not offer refunds, except in the event of a problem on my end or if I feel uncomfortable working on the commission.~ If this were to happen, I will notify the client and seek a fair solution for both parties.EXTRAS AND MODIFICATIONS
~ A sketch will be sent for approval, and any necessary changes can be requested. However, out of respect for the artist's time, revisions must be decided within one week.~ All prices are base prices and may vary depending on the number of characters, the artwork, the background, the outfit, or the inclusion of props.~ If the client requests changes after the line art has begun, an additional fee will apply.~ If the reference provided is of poor quality or unclear, the character may not be accurately represented. I am not responsible for any such errors.~ If the character's color palette is too dark or excessively bright, I reserve the right to make slight color adjustments to maintain the lighting or shadows in the illustration.I DRAW
